Alejandro Lopez-Gavilan

Raised and born in Havana, Cuba. Bachelor of biological sciences from the University of Havana and master of Interdisciplinary studies in Integrated Coastal Management. Attracted towards the anatomy, physiology and biomechanics of the human body, decides to study Massage Therapy and graduates from Cortiva Institute in Miami, FL. 

In 2019 after being practicing for a year and be co-related with different colleagues of the health care industry Alejandro founds ALGMassage as a small business with the will to be able to contribute to the community. 

Nowadays and within 6 years of experience in the field, Alejandro has been performing several massage modalities which include Swedish, Therapeutic and Sports massage, among others. He works for a spa facility and for his business. His work has been linked to a multidisciplinary approach on physical therapy, chiropractic, sport and general medicine.

The work carried out by the practitioner integrates three basic premises of Massage Therapy (professionalism, compassion and honesty) which it is taken to a higher level of knowledge and hours of practice.
